Butler Design Group is currently seeking full, part-time, and/or contract candidates for the following positions:
- 15+ Years of Experience, Professional Architectural Degree, Licensure Preferred
- Key Project decision-maker responsible for team success.
- Engaged as a Portfolio Manager, Client Manager, and/or Program Manager at the strategic level, serving organizational goals, but may also act as the Project Manager on select projects or with select clients.
- Manages project resources and finances to ensure the project progresses on-time and on-budget.
- Promote continued firm success through industry participation, exceptional client service and an increased self-awareness of representation.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all key software within the office.
- 10+ Years of Experience, Professional Architectural Degree, Licensure Preferred
- Oversee design presentations, monitor project design development, and provide design direction and support to ensure consistent and high-quality design firm-wide.
- May perform in the capacity of a Design Director commensurate with capabilities and directives.
- Develop solutions and creates designs pursuant to client’s program and project parameters.
- Coordinate client, trade, and agency interests in pursuit of building design approvals.
- Possess substantial and varied experience in project planning.
- Highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and any additional tools that elicit strong design.
- 10+ Years of Experience, Professional Architectural Degree, Licensure Preferred
- Ability to lead team of peers through successful completion of all design, documentation, and construction phase project services.
- Develop and review building plans and specifications, ensuring a project meets all applicable ordinances and office standards.
- Schedule and track projects in accordance with contractual obligations, client needs and resource availability.
- Monitor construction progress for compliance with Contract Documents and issue reports or supplemental information, as appropriate.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, and passionate about technology-driven practice.
- 15+ Years of Experience, Professional Architectural Degree, Licensure Required
- Develop firm-wide design standards and direct design processes at the strategic level.
- Manage design staff and multiple projects from concept through design execution.
- Maintain and promote award-winning design excellence while meeting strategic goals and project priorities.
- Represent the firms design interests at interviews and client meetings
- Promote continued firm success through industry participation, exceptional client service and an increased self-awareness of representation.
- Design great buildings.
- Highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and any additional tools that elicit strong design.
- Professional Architectural Degree, Unlicensed
- Generate and develop conceptual design.
- Prepare design presentation materials.
- Research materials and coordinate with product representatives.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and any additional tools that elicit strong design.
- Conduct urban design, site planning, feasibility studies and programming.
- Provide technical assistance and research in matters of planning, zoning, and environmental concern.
- Attend planning commission, design review board, and other agency meetings as may be required to support a project.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD.
- 5+ Years of Experience, Professional Architectural Degree, Licensed (Architect) / Unlicensed (Captain)
- Develop the design, produce construction documents, and coordinate Consultant efforts.
- Coordinate RFI and Submittal Review, drawing revisions, and supplemental construction phase documents.
- Ensure effective team communication and effort in executing the project on schedule.
- May engage with client on project status or act in the capacity of a Project Manager commensurate with capabilities and directives.
- Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, and practical application of the tools-of-the-trade.
- Professional Architectural Degree, Unlicensed
- Project documentation and coordination under direction of team lead.
- Support consultant coordination efforts and provision of construction phase services.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Pursuing a Professional Architectural Degree
