Village at Arrowhead

The Village at Arrowhead is a neighborhood retail center located in Goodyear AZ. The center is anchored by an AJ’s Grocer and includes several multi-tenant shop buildings as well as free standing pads. The architecture utilizes sloped tile roofs with a unique patina finish to cover a majority of the pedestrian hardscape areas. Natural stone is utilized throughout the project as well as striking accent towers, radiused parapets and cornices in neutral green and tan tones.
