Gateway 101 consists of a mix of retail shops, quick serve and sit down restaurants, œservice type retail and some small office and/or medical type tenants.
This project incorporates the œexpectations that are defined in the Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard Design Guidelines that was first adopted in 1991. While the document is most specific to the consistency and character of the streetscape along Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard (landscape, signage, etc.), Gateway 101’s design has incorporated subtle œinfluences into the buildings, lighting and hardscapes as well. It should be noted that much of the existing development along Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard is eclectic and few pay homage to the Wrightian character that is required. While Gateway 101 attempts to be unique with its œsouthwest contemporary design character, it is also influenced by Mr. Wright’s vocabulary.
