Gilbert Gateway Towne Center
The Gilbert Gateway Towne Center was one of the first Power Centers constructed in Gilbert, Arizona. This center was anchored by a new prototype Target store and complemented by a strong line up of inline tenants. The center’s design was based on agricultural influences of the surrounding area using free standing exposed steel shade structures, corten steel roofing and siding, cast in place concrete, stone accents and integral colored tilt-wall panels with a raw unfinished appearance. A shaded circulation system moves shoppers thru the project from the parking field of over 2,500 cars with the inline buildings and retail pads ringing the site.
