Pima Corporate Center

Pima Center was one of the first large commercial projects developed with individually held lands within the Salt River Pima & Maricopa Indian Community. In order to assemble the 232 acres, Main Spring Capital had to obtain the approval of the BIA, City of Scottsdale, the Federal Government, the Community and individual property owners. This process took over two years and involved multiple master planned concepts to gain support for the project and develop a respectful design palette for the land and SRPMIC Culture.
The project has proven to be a success with the development of Class A Office, Warehouse Buildings, Flex Office, and complementary areas for Retail Developments. The pedestrian and vehicular circulation features meandering sidewalks and natural trail systems with gently curved roadways. Symbolism reflecting the SRPMIC Culture exists throughout the site and complements the surroundings with the horizontal design and the building architecture.
