Originally a Brownfield site as designated by the EPA, Tempe Marketplace is a unique retail development offering a variety of shopping experiences. TMP offers a strategically integrated shopping environment and provides a family atmosphere and a pedestrian oriented center œDistrict Concept.

TMP responds to an increasing demand for exciting retail experiences and offers consumers a complete, synergistic experience involving food, people-watching and shopping. The primary planning and design objective was to create an entertainment/retail destination with a distinct sense of place and a variety of vibrant, energetic spaces.
