Alfred Kahn

Project Architect

Alfred was born and raised on the Navajo Nation. He received his Undergraduate and Master of Architecture Degree from the University of New Mexico. Alfred has a diverse background of training in the Architecture field working in design/build, commercial, residential, tribal, education, public, and community, among other project types. Alfred has worked in the architecture field for 16 years and became a Registered Architect in New Mexico. He enjoys leading and supporting teams of various sizes to accomplish the goals of the client in a collaborative, positive and creative environment.

While not at work, Alfred enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. His Navajo background and Baha’i Faith inspire him to be an active contributor to the wellbeing of others. He volunteers to empower local communities, especially indigenous junior youth. He sees architecture as a powerful way communities can reflect their values and identity.
