Haley was born and raised in Iowa, where her love for artistic pursuits and problem-solving naturally led her to a career in design. She was first introduced to the construction industry at a young age, tagging along with her grandpa to job sites—a formative experience that sparked her interest in the complex process of bringing a space to life.
After graduating from Iowa State University (Roll Clones!), Haley moved west to be closer to nature and continue designing. She is passionate about creating environments that have a positive impact on the people who experience them and feels grateful to have found a path that blends creativity, collaboration, and meaningful connections.
Outside of work, Haley lives to explore new places, catching live music, and spending as much time as possible outdoors whether camping, hiking, or tending to her garden. She also enjoys shooting film photography, bouldering, and hunting for hidden gems in thrift and vintage shops.
