John Stensland

John was born and raised in Northeast Iowa and attended Iowa State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Community & Regional Planning and his master’s degree in architecture. He had always wanted to move somewhere outside of Iowa after graduating and settled in the Phoenix area in 2025.  He grew up surrounded by the design world and had wanted to be an architect from a young age. John enjoys creating and helping others bring their dream buildings and projects to life. Outside of work, John loves to watch sports (especially the Cyclones), spend quality time with friends and family, and travel to find new and interesting places around the United States.
