Kyle Vance

Kyle has lived in Arizona all his life, primarily in Mesa & Gilbert. He hopes to continue residing in the Phoenix metro area to stay close to family and appreciate all the city has to offer. After working for a residential electrical subcontractor, Kyle’s fascination and appreciation towards the construction industry grew. His interest in building systems and design led him to pursue a career in architecture. Kyle attended Arizona State University for both his Bachelor and Master of Architecture Degree. Kyle came to BDG with experience in the multi-family, office, and retail sectors. He is eager to expand his knowledge of different project types and became a licensed Architect in 2026. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending his time with his wife and daughter, participating in his church community, exploring the outdoors, and playing tennis.
