Taylor was born and raised in Renton, Washington. From an early age Taylor knew she wanted to become an Architect. While she was in high school, she participated in the ACE Mentor Program where she got firsthand experience shadowing Architects, Contractors, and Engineers. From there she was motivated to find a top architecture school. Taylor attended Kansas State University where she graduated in 2017 with her Master of Architecture. During her time at K-State, she was an active member of her sorority, Alpha Xi Delta. For Taylor studying architecture not only taught her a lot about the designed and built environment but the invaluable character building and problem-solving skills necessary to become a successful architect. While Washington and Kansas will both hold a special place in her heart, Arizona has become her new home. Taylor is honored to have begun her professional career here at BDG and is excited to continue learning and growing with all the amazing projects and her fellow coworkers.
