Wendy is a true native to the Valley of the Sun. She ventured from the desert to Texas where she received her degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial & Organizational from Texas Christian University. Her background, while eclectic, has allowed her to gain valuable insight into various industry verticals from executive and managerial consulting to the legal arena to venture capital to private wealth management. Wendy joined the BDG family to assist the firm with Human Resources, Accounting and Office Management. Since she is a native, she has grown up watching the landscape of Phoenix and its surrounding cities evolve. Wendy was amazed by the impact BDG has had in flourishing the design of these places, and it is a privilege for her to assist the teams that create these architectural beauties.
